Website Terms of Use

Rules for using the public UKR.dev website and the distinction between website information and separately agreed project services.

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms apply to access and use of the public ukr.dev website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

The website presents UKR.dev capabilities and general information. It does not create a client relationship, statement of work, service-level commitment, warranty or obligation to accept a project.

2. Informational content

Content is provided for general information and may describe possible service formats, technical approaches or operating principles. It is not legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for an assessment of a specific system.

UKR.dev may update, correct, reorganize or remove website content without prior notice. Availability of a described capability does not mean every project, technology or integration will be accepted or suitable.

3. Project inquiries and agreements

Sending an email or project description does not create a contract or confidentiality obligation by itself. Avoid sending secrets, credentials, private keys, regulated personal data or confidential datasets before an appropriate communication and data-sharing method has been agreed.

Any project begins only after the relevant parties agree in writing on scope, responsibilities, commercial terms, intellectual property, data handling, security requirements, delivery conditions and other necessary terms.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, code and UKR.dev brand elements are owned by or licensed to the website operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view and reference public pages for lawful personal or business evaluation. You may not copy substantial content, remove rights notices, misrepresent affiliation, reproduce the design as your own or use website material to create a confusingly similar service without permission.

5. Acceptable use and security

You must not use the website to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, probe or overload infrastructure, interfere with other users, impersonate UKR.dev or submit deceptive, unlawful or harmful material.

Good-faith reports about a suspected security issue can be sent to contact@ukr.dev. Do not exploit, retain or disclose data beyond what is necessary to report the issue responsibly.

6. External services and links

The website may refer to third-party platforms, technologies or external pages. Their availability, content and data practices are controlled by the relevant third party. A reference does not by itself constitute endorsement or a warranty.

7. Availability and liability

The public website is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted access, absence of errors or complete suitability for a particular purpose cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UKR.dev is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of or reliance on the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project liability is addressed in the applicable project agreement.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@ukr.dev. Privacy-related information is available in the Privacy Policy.
