Цей документ «Політика конфіденційності» (далі по тексту – «Політика») являє собою правила використання даних інтернет-користувачів, що збираються з використанням сайтів «Useful knowledge resources development» (далі – “UKR development” та «сайтів, сайтах») .

Адміністрація UKR development не здійснює перевірку достовірності наданих даних і наявності у Користувача необхідної згоди на їх обробку відповідно з діючою Політикою, вважаючи, що Користувач діє сумлінно, обачно і докладає всіх необхідних зусиль для підтримання такої інформації в актуальному стані і отримання всіх необхідних погоджень на її використання.

Data protection requirements
3.1. Адміністрація UKR development здійснює зберігання даних і забезпечує їх охорону від несанкціонованого доступу і поширення відповідно до внутрішніх правил та регламентів.

Нова редакція Політики набирає чинності з моменту її розміщення на офіційному сайті UKR development – ukr.dev, якщо інше не передбачено новою редакцією Політики.
